Yes. Prophet Network Integration has a team of network technicians who’s goal is to provide you with the best service possible.

Prophet Network Integration has experience in any IT related industry for any size company.  We have clients in manufacturing, construction, medical/healthcare, dental, legal, financial, and automotive.  If your business has a computer, PNI can work with you to develop a solution.

Does PNI service home/individual users?

Prophet Network Integration does not offer computer support to home/individual users.

What software does PNI support?

Prophet Network Integration has over 20 years of supporting the information technology industry.  Over that time, we have supported many different software packages.

A list of some of the current software that we support is Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Server Series, Microsoft Windows Small Business Server Series, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Citrix, Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Antivirus, AllScripts, NetPractice, PrimeSuite, Schoolmaster, and Barracuda.  This is only a small sample of the software that we currently support.

What hardware does PNI offer?

Prophet Network Integration sells Hewlett Packard Computers, Hewlett Packard Laptops, and Hewlett Packard Servers.  We also sell Cisco, Barracuda, and Hewlett Packard network equipment.  While these are our recommendations, PNI supports any manufacturer.

How does PNI charge their clients?

Prophet Network Integration bills a minimum of one hour for on-site calls, thirty minutes for remote support calls, and two hours for emergency/after hours calls (after 5PM).

What are PNI’s hours of operation?

Prophet Network Integration is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM.  However, arrangements can be made to resolve issues at any time of the day.
