IT Help Desk Support

PNI's goal is to be proactive and minimize your need for desktop support.  Our IT help desk is available from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday for normal support via telephone, remote access, and on-site support.  We also offer after hours support on an as needed basis via emergency calls.  Our goal is to provide you prompt, friendly service when you need it.

Remote Support Capabilities

PNI offers premier remote support capabilities that is fast, easy, and secure.  We utilize ScreenConnect Remote Support Software.  ScreenConnect allows for multi-monitor support, screen recording, file transfer, and chat.  The application can be launched from http://help.pniaz.com or installed for quick access to your PC.  ScreenConnect supports multiple authentication modes, such as Active Directory integration.  

Our Support Commitments

Prophet Network Integration values every customer.  Standard support is typically schedule in advance so that you know when to expect one of our friendly technicians.  We offer an eight hour response time to non-emergency situations and four hour response time to emergency situations.  However, we typically have technicians available to assist your in 60 minutes or less. 

PNI is open from 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday and is closed for most major holidays.  System uptime and network reliability is important to us.  We understand that you may not have typical 8-5 schedule, so we have technicians available 24/7/365 by calling 602-454-0471 after hours.  Follow the prompts for an emergency call and our on call technician will assist with solving your problem.
